This Disclaimer governs your access to and use of the website operated at the Freesheart™ domain (the “Website”) and any information, content, frameworks, publications, or communications made available through it. By browsing the Website or contacting Freesheart™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in full.
In this Disclaimer, “Freesheart™”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Freesheart™ Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202615266C), a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, together with its founding director, officers, employees, contractors, and authorised associates. References to “Faris Ridzuan” are to the founding director of Freesheart™ Pte. Ltd. in his professional capacity as a sociologist, executive coach, and consultant. “You” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Website or engaging with us.
1. No Professional-Client Relationship
Your use of the Website, your submission of any contact, intake, or inquiry form, your participation in a discovery or introductory call, and any preliminary correspondence with Freesheart™ do not create a coach-client, consultant-client, advisor-client, or any other professional, fiduciary, or contractual relationship of any kind between you and Freesheart™ or Faris Ridzuan.
A professional relationship with Freesheart™ is established only upon the execution of a bilateral, written, and signed Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) or an equivalent written engagement letter or statement of work, duly countersigned by an authorised representative of Freesheart™ Pte. Ltd. Until such a document has been signed by both parties:
- No engagement, retainer, or scope of work exists, regardless of any discussions, proposals, drafts, estimates, or expressions of interest exchanged;
- No duty of care, confidentiality obligation (beyond that voluntarily described in our Privacy Policy), or professional liability arises on the part of Freesheart™ or Faris Ridzuan;
- You should not act, or refrain from acting, in reliance on any information, opinion, or indication provided during preliminary contact.
Important: Submitting the contact form transmits an inquiry only. It does not reserve services, guarantee acceptance of an engagement, or obligate Freesheart™ to provide any service. Freesheart™ reserves the absolute right to decline any inquiry or prospective engagement at its sole discretion.
2. Medical, Somatic & Mental Health Disclaimer
Faris Ridzuan is a sociologist and professional coach. He is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, physiotherapist, nutritionist, or any other licensed or registered healthcare practitioner, and Freesheart™ does not hold itself out as a provider of medical, psychological, or clinical services in any jurisdiction.
All coaching offered by Freesheart™ — including without limitation executive coaching, leadership coaching, somatic and embodied practices, breath and body-awareness work, career transition support, and the synthesis of wellness or chronic-health research — is provided strictly for the purposes of professional development, personal growth, education, and general informational benefit. Such services:
- Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, or a cure for any physical, psychological, psychiatric, or emotional condition;
- Are not a substitute for consultation with, or the care of, a qualified and licensed healthcare professional;
- Should not be used to delay, replace, or disregard professional medical or mental-health advice or treatment.
Faris Ridzuan’s book, “What Has Society Got To Do With My Pain?”, together with any articles, talks, keynotes, workshops, research summaries, and other publications, represents sociological analysis, commentary, and educational material. It is offered for intellectual and professional enrichment only and does not constitute medical or psychological treatment, prescription, or clinical guidance, nor does it establish any practitioner-patient relationship.
Any reference on the Website to Faris Ridzuan’s academic study — including his forthcoming enrolment in a Master of Arts in Music Therapy — describes his personal educational formation only. Freesheart™ does not offer music therapy, and Faris Ridzuan does not, through Freesheart™, hold himself out as a qualified, registered, or practising music therapist. No music, sound, creative-arts, or somatic activity offered through Freesheart™ constitutes music therapy, allied-health treatment, or a substitute for care from a registered healthcare or allied-health professional. Any clinical, allied-health, or social-service work Faris may undertake in other professional capacities is separate from, and not provided by or through, Freesheart™.
Seek qualified care. Always consult a physician or other qualified health provider regarding any medical or mental-health condition, symptom, or concern. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or are in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately (in Singapore, dial 995) or the Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) at 1-767. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read or heard through Freesheart™.
You assume full responsibility for your own physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing and for any decisions you make in connection with coaching or wellness content. You should not participate in any somatic or embodied practice that causes pain or discomfort, and you should obtain medical clearance before undertaking any practice if you have a relevant health condition.
3. Legal, Regulatory & Policy Advisory Disclaimer
Freesheart™ provides intercultural systems consulting, organisational strategy, and policy advisory services. These services are advisory and strategic in nature. Nothing provided by Freesheart™ — whether through the Website, consultations, workshops, reports, frameworks, or written deliverables — constitutes legal advice, legal counsel, a legal opinion, regulatory advice, or a compliance certification of any kind, in any jurisdiction.
Freesheart™ and Faris Ridzuan are not a law firm, are not admitted to practise law, and do not provide services regulated by the Legal Profession Act 1966 of Singapore or any equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction. Our advisory work does not include, and must not be relied upon as:
- The interpretation or application of any statute, regulation, or rule of law;
- The certification of compliance with any data-protection, employment, anti-discrimination, equality, or other regulatory regime;
- An assurance, warranty, or representation that any framework, policy, strategy, or diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) initiative is lawful, valid, or enforceable in any jurisdiction.
Institutional responsibility. Institutional, corporate, and governmental clients are solely and exclusively responsible for independently vetting all DEI frameworks, organisational policies, intercultural strategies, and regional or cross-border recommendations with their own qualified legal counsel, compliance officers, and regulatory advisors prior to adoption, publication, or execution. Freesheart™ accepts no responsibility or liability for the implementation of, or reliance upon, any framework or recommendation absent such independent professional review.
